These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from Us on the Website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, Google.

 

Refunds

 

100% Refund Guaranteed if an incorrect product is sent to the customer. Please note that stitched items and items purchased on sale or special offer are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Handloom are not considered for refunds . Please check the handloom policy for further clarifications.

 

To Avoid this, Mohi shall be providing you with QC information before shipping the product.

  • We will adhere to the size specifications mentioned by the customer. We will ensure the proper sizing information is conveyed to both the customer and the designer. Please check the size guide for more details.
  • Our quality check process ensures the correct product, precise sizing, and all components are thoroughly inspected for every order.
  • Mohi Fashion does only made-to-order outfits unless exclusively specified.
  • Each outfit is custom-stitched to your precise measurements, so refunds cannot be offered.
  • Made-to-order outfits are freshly made outfits made when an order is received by a customer.
  • In the Rare Case ,When an order is delivered damaged / incorrect, we will give you a store credit for the full amount. After we pursue necessary course of action with the logistics partners .
  • Upon receiving the products, please notify us of any concerns regarding the damage/incorrect product within 24 hours. A picture/video showing the problem area should be sent to this email mohifashion.official@gmail.com.
  • All the Refunds will be settled post approval by our team within 30 days with an email confirmation

Returns

If you receive an incorrect off the shelf saree, we will provide a prompt return if an incorrect product is delivered to you. As all our products are customized, made-to-order, and carefully tailored to meet your specific preferences, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered or if it is purchased on a sale.

Handlooms are not considered under this Handloom Policy.

 

Handloom Policy

 

Disclaimer : 

 

Due to the nature of handloom products, any handloom or hand painted no two products will be exact copies which is the beauty of handmade products that you own something unique and one of a kind. Hence, if the ordered saree is out of stock and is being made again. Slight variations in design or colour should be expected although the weavers will try and match it as much as possible. 

Shipment estimated times are mentioned in the individual product pages. 

Shipments will come from villages so slight delays are commonly expected. Best practice would be to plan the order before hand. 

Handloom orders will not come under returns or refunds or exchanges for any reason.

 

Cancellation

  • The customer can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are unacceptable.
  • Once a cancellation request is received, it takes us up to 10 business days to process the refund. 15 days in the case of International orders due to payment gateway policies. The status of the reimbursement will be communicated to you. We will have to deduct the Shopify & PayPal payment commissions of 3-6% and refund the rest of the amount. You can alternatively, request for us to provide you a 100% store credit.
  • Mohi Fashion reserves the right to cancel the order in case of unavailability of the product and offers you the option to swap the outfit for anything else of equal price on the platform. 5% store credit is available in this case, Rest in cash.
  • Cancellations from Customers, for stock out items will have 5% deduction due to payment gateways and that amount can be availed as store credit upon request. Cancellations for any other reasons can be availed as 100% store credit only.

Exchange/Swap

  • Within the first 24 hours you can swap the item.
  • Exchanges are not accepted in Mohi fashion after receiving the product or after the order production begins.

Product Disclaimer

  • Mohi makes every effort to provide the most updated and accurate information as possible. In rare cases, some misinformation might be possible as there are hundreds of vendors providing this information to the platform. Due to the products that are made on the site are elaborately woven, hand-finished, and supplied from various regions of India, there are slight differences in the colors and ornamentation of the products. We provide the exact products as shown in the website from original designers and manufacturers.
  • The slight minor variations in the colors if any of the products are caused by various factors such as the weather at the time of dying, the nature of the cloth dyes, and the display capabilities of the computer monitor. Color variations are not an acceptable reason for refunds at Mohi, as a slight variation is expected. We will provide the best information possible with us.
  • Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequins , some bits rarely come off . Even with perfect handling, care, and packaging this cannot be completely avoided by any brand.
