Shipping Policy

Please Ensure you check the Product descriptions to understand the availability of the product in your country.
    • We offer free express shipping to residents in India. Shipments will be made worldwide through the most reliable international courier services like DHL, Bluedart,Aramex and FedEx.
    • Overseas shipping cost is based on the product weight as per the delivery location. Shipping costs will be added at the checkout. Shipping Costs
    • Worldwide delivery is available to any postal address. Courier services do not accept P.O. Box addresses, so please provide us with your full address with the zip code. Based on location and product weight, overseas shipping costs vary.
    • Our shipping process does not include VAT / Customs fees or import duties. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or charges imposed by their country. We have no control over these fees or charges and cannot predict them, but they may be charged depending on the regulations of different countries
    • Remote Locations in USA will be charged an additional amount of service by the shipping partners collected from you by us at the time of shipment to the tune of upto 25$ in certain cases.
    • Pakistani Wear is not shippable to India and no Indian Products are shipped to Pakistan at this moment. We will update the policies when we have the ability to do so. Please Ensure you check the Product descriptions for availability of any product in your country.
    • Our aim is to deliver the goods on time, but in some cases, there may be shipping delays beyond our control. There will be no refund, return, replacement, or exchange in this instance.
    • Each product has a shipping date listed on the product description page. Our average shipment period is 3 to 4 weeks. ( Internationally )
    • Average shipment period post order completion is around 2-5 days ( Domestically )
    • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
    • We will email you to let you know if there is a delay in shipping due to a product being out of stock, a delay in manufacturing it, or an exceptional delay.
    • We will send you the shipping Label information once the shipment leaves the designer's location.
    • In the rare case of loss of a product, our team will coordinate with our shipping partners and you for a successful resolution.
    • In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to us will be borne by You
    • Due to many circumstances like war, stressed relations, unstable government or difficulty in trade relations the following countries and locations and disabled from our platform to be unshippable. We are constantly looking for logistic upgradation to cover as many locations as possible. So, we hope we can cover these issues and resolve for the customers living there. But please do get in touch if you are from one of these locations. We will try our best to help you.
