Can we avail unstitched products?

Yes. Let our team know and we will provide a discount on the outfit removing the stitching fees added. Stitching fee varies product to product as we deal with multiple designers, so we cannot automate the price reduction.

What is a Semi-Stitched product?

Dress parts, such as the sleeves and neckline, may not be completely stitched, and it goes up to 42 size. A tailor will need to stitch it further.

Can you ship your products worldwide?

Shipment of our products is available worldwide.

How can we rely on the proper delivery of my shipment?

We use Industry leaders in Logistics to fulfill your shipments that fulfill all the other Ecommerce companies namely Fedex, Shiprocket, DHL , DTDC amongst others.

What is the expected delivery time for my order?

Against each product, a delivery time estimate is provided. Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Why don't you guys have refunds, returns and exchanges  ?

Unlike other marketplaces, we directly include the customization and sizing in the product order unless specified not to. We do made to orders only.  We also primarily provide custom stitched outfits to your measurements. Stitched outfits and Made to orders are usually non refundable on any platform.  And if you compare our prices , we do not fake the offers. All the products are marked at minimal costing and we directly ship the products from the designers. And we ship to every country in the world . Our process involves stringent Quality checks . To avoid extra hassle on either end we choose not to provide returns, exchanges internationally and domestically .

Pakistani wear show unstitched. why not the other products?

We have availed unstitched option on the pakistani wear as the delivery times are 25-30 days apart for stitched and unstitched from the designers.

What are your Payment Options?

UPI, Master Card, Razor pay, Apple pay, Visa Debit or Credit card you can use a Paypal account to complete your transaction.

If my payment fails, what should I do?

Is there a way to track my order?

We will provide you with regular status updates via email.

Is it possible to alter my measurements after placing my order?

We will send you an email confirming the size and details. If you need a different size, please let us know within 48 hours of placing your order.

Do you have a store?

We do not. We are purely online.

How can I believe the quality of the products?

We tie up with the original designers and provide you with Authentic outfits from their catalog. We represent to the best ability the detail and quality of the product in the pictures and the information we provide. We onboard Weavers directly on our platform to showcase their products and the Brands to enlist their products.

I am a Plus Size, do you have outfits for me?

We have collections for people of all sizes and tastes. We are size inclusive.

Are Under5k products available worldwide?

Yes. We do. Our Under5k products are the most affordable out of any other platform. And we ship worldwide.

Can you reroute my shipment?

NO. Not after it left the designer's workshop.

Can you change my shipping address?

Sure. Please send us the updated address before it is ready for dispatch.

I am having trouble logging in.

Please send us a message on tidio or contact@mohifashion.com one of us will be there to clear your problem. We will generate a resend password request for you.

What if the product package is damaged ?

Please do not accept the parcel and send it back after you click a picture. Send us a message of contact@mohifashion.com and we shall pursue the course of action with our courier partners . We will give you refund as store credit and a free outfit or saree (at our discretion) or an offer on your next purchase with mohi.

What if I received a wrong product ?

It won't be. Because we are going to do a Quality Check and send the information to you prior to shipment. Raise the objection then.

What if I received a product with the wrong size ?

It most likely won't be. We are extensively working with the customer and the designer to get the sizes right. Providing sizing manuals, videos and guidance. A tip would be if you are just on the edge of a size. choose the next bigger size. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements from your end. The designer's data will be sent during QC. What if the outfit is lost during shipment ?

We never lost a product in shipment till date. We work with industry leading courier partners and ensure a safe delivery. But just incase, If it happens . We will refund your money back - 5% for the paypal charges after inspection by the courier partners. It might take upto 4 months (or) you can opt for a store credit as full refund.

What are the policies for Under 5k Products?

Under 5k Products are governed by the ready to ship policies unless otherwise specified.i.e Shipping domestically will be between 5-10 days . Maximum allowed time to cancel is 6 hours . If a wrong product is sent , the designer will exchange it with the right product if you send it back. In case of damaged product prior to the shipment, Designer will exchange the product. In case of damage during shipment, Mohifashion will refund you the 100% of the amount in the form of store credit.

Can you ship Pakistani products to India?

We are looking into it . We will share the update soon.

What is ready to ship and made to order ? Do you provide ready to ship ?

Ready to ship - Outfits available at the designer's warehouse that we will collect and ship to you . We are calling it Bazaar on our portal.

Made to order - Outfits made upon order.

Currently, All the outfits on Mohi are Made to order. Ready to ship might be coming soon on the platform.
