Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website directly — it may collect data about you, set its own cookies, and monitor your interaction with that content, including if you're logged into that third-party service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including access controls and working with providers (such as Shopify) that maintain industry-standard security practices — to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details above so we can delete it.

Sharing personal information

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfill orders, including:

If we use tools like Google Analytics or run ads on platforms like Meta/Google, we may share limited information (such as your interaction with the Site or ads) with those providers. You can:

  • Opt out of Google Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

How we use personal information

We use your information to: offer and sell products, process and fulfil orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — where you've consented — share updates and offers.

Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including for as long as necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, unless you request erasure sooner (see "Your rights" below).

Automated decision-making

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Shopify, as our platform processor, uses limited automated checks to help prevent fraud (for example, temporarily flagging IP addresses or cards associated with repeated failed transactions). These checks do not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Your rights

As an India-based business, we aim to honor the data principal rights set out under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), including the right to:

  • be informed about what data we collect and why;
  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request erasure of your personal information (subject to our legal retention obligations);
  • withdraw consent to processing where consent is the basis for that processing;
  • file a grievance with us (via the Grievance Officer above) and, if unresolved, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Note: the DPDP Act's substantive compliance provisions are being phased in by the Indian government, with full operational obligations scheduled to take effect by May 2027. We are aligning our practices with these requirements ahead of that deadline.

If you have customers in the EU/EEA or California, additional region-specific rights (GDPR / CCPA) may apply.

<details> <summary>GDPR (EEA residents)</summary>

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access, correct, port, or request erasure of your personal information. Contact us using the details above to exercise these rights. Where your data is transferred outside the EEA for processing (e.g., via Shopify's infrastructure), safeguards are described in Shopify's GDPR documentation: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/privacy/GDPR

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, and to request its correction, deletion, or portability. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. Contact us using the details above to exercise these rights, or to designate an authorized agent to do so on your behalf.
